No Return Policy

Simply Nails by Jen is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no return policy.

No Returns or Exchanges:

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, products that are the wrong size, color, or design, products that are damaged during shipping, or products that do not meet your expectations.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a resolution that is satisfactory to both parties. *REQUIRED Take pictires of unopened package first amd then the nails.

Cancellations:

Once an order has been paid for it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Simply Nails by Jen is committed to delivering your purchase with excellent service and quality. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery time frames, and related charges.

Delivery Time Frames:

We ship orders WEEKLY basis on Saturday unless you pay for express deliver. Delivery time frames depend on your location and the shipping method selected. We estimate delivery time frames as follows:

Allow a maximum of 7 days for creating your nails before shipment then 3-5 days for first class shipment, 3-4 days for priority, an 1-3 days for express or sooner.

I am a one woman show and I also work full time outside of my business until this venture gets profitable enough to go full time. My bookings are set up to factor this in. 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination. You can view the shipping charges for your order during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods:

First  class

Priority mail

Express mail

Order Tracking: will be available on all methods of delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Delivery Signature:

For security reasons, some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check the shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for shipments to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

 

Return Shipping:

Our return policy is outlined in our [RETURN POLICY DOCUMENT]. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
