Simply Nails by Jen is committed to delivering your purchase with excellent service and quality. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery time frames, and related charges.

Delivery Time Frames:

We ship orders daily from my studio in Hawaii. Delivery time frames depend on your location and the shipping method selected. We estimate delivery time frames as follows:

Service

Shipping Time  Mail or Package

Express Mail 1-3 Days

Priority Mail® 1–3 Days

USPS Retail Ground® 2–5 Days

First-Class Mail® 1–5 Days

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination. You can view the shipping charges for your order during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Delivery Signature:

For security reasons, some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check the shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for shipments to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

International Shipping:

At this time we do not ship internationally. If I get enough interest in this, we may offer this in the future. Please write to info@simplynailsbyjen.com and let me know if you would like us to offer this.

Return Shipping:

Our return policy is outlined on our order pages. We do not offer returns or refunds for our products unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
